We’re always happy to welcome walk-in visitors.

However, scheduling an appointment ensures a more focused and comfortable experience. During your visit, the showroom is reserved for your use, allowing you to hear each piano clearly and take your time without interruption.

If a walk-in arrives during a scheduled appointment, we’ll ask them to wait until the appointment is complete before playing.
