To ensure fast, reliable, and affordable out-of-state shipping, I’ve partnered with a trusted freight logistics company, making it possible to deliver pianos safely and efficiently at a reasonable rate.
While I recommend only professional piano movers for local moves, long-distance shipping is done similarly to how brand-new pianos are distributed from manufacturers: securely crated and shipped alongside other commercial goods, reducing costs without compromising safety.
Each piano shipped from my store is placed in a custom-built, reinforced crate, constructed from 3/4” plywood for exceptional durability. Inside, the piano is carefully padded, wrapped, and securely ratchet-strapped to prevent any movement during transit. Once it arrives in your area, a local piano mover uncrates the piano and completes the final delivery to your door.

Once we have the piano crated, our shipping logistics partner is able to have a truck pick the piano up ASAP.
Once they receive the piano, it immediately begins it’s transit and the tracking is shared with you so that you can see it’s progress every step of the way!
We are able to get pianos to the Bay Area in 2 days and the East Coast as quickly as 5 days! -
For added peace of mind we have a custom tailored insurance policy specifically for shipping our pianos out to our customers. Your piano will be insured at 100% of it’s value from our store to your door. You receive this coverage at no extra fee.

Purchasing a piano online and having it shipped long distance can be nerve-racking for the first time buyer. You will be updated with photos as the piano is being crated, as the piano is leaving our store. Aside from your access to shipment tracking, you can contact us via email or phone 8 hours a day with any questions or concerns.
